Our wines are part of the family as if they were close relatives and are all produced in our vineyards which extend over the gentle hills surrounding Ziano Piacentino,in the DOC Val Tidone production area in Colli Piacentini.Following the traditions of the three generations of winemakers. Roberto Civardi successfully carries out the difficult and rewarding task of agricultural entrepreneur,taking care of the entire production cycle, from the cultivation of vines to winemaking, from packaging to marketing.The area of land cultivated with vineyards of about 18 hectares produces an average of 1,800 quintals of grapes that when processed give an average of 1,200 hl. of DOC wine.Civardi Racemus is able to offer the pleasure of tasting high quality product.
Among the red wines: the Gutturnio dei Colli Piacentini, king of the red wines come from the Roman era full of history and legend in the reserve version,superior still is the traditional sparkling version, the Bonardo Colli Piacenza and the Barbera dei Colli Piacenza in both still and sparkling productions.
Among the white wines from Piacenza: the Ortrugo, a brilliant actor for aperitifs and Summer dinners. Malvasia,seductive and rich in history,dry or sweet,Pinot Grigio from the Colli Piacentini and Muller Thurgau.
