Olfactory aspect:Fresh on the nose,intense and vinous and with hints of marasca grapes and red fruits.
Taste aspect:Dry ,engaging, slightly tannic. From a lively, balanced,persistent and full structure in the mouth.
Serving suggestions: It goes well with dry pasta dishes ,boiled and white meat second courses and flavoursome cheese.

Curiosity
In the past ,Barbera was considered a “rustic” wine, but over time it has increased its fame thanks to forward-looking and tenacious producers who have been able to create excellent ready-to-drink wines such a s our Barbera Frizzante , as well as medium longevity wines with good structure that withstands time and evolves with aging like our version of still Barbera.
